Delphi 7 PE itself is a Delphi compiler released as freeware by Borland, and free personal use not for commercial origin, because it limited the included components. But now download Delphi 7 PE was not provided by CodeGear (formerly Borland), however, there is another download link in the address (please see below.)
If VB 6.0 Portable itself is about 16 MB. VB version of this portable package complete with deployment wizard and the VB6 runtime files, but no icons, help files or additional components. If you are familiar with VB programming, this version seems to suffice. Information: When installing this program, just click "ignore" when the error message, because some programs written in VB 4, so that might bring the message. According to the manufacturer it does not matter, because the program runs well on windows Xp. But unfortunately we can not produce the exe file with this portable version (or maybe I was missing ..)
