I found the problem windows that display the error "Windows Could not Start Because the Following files is missing or corrupt \ WINDOWS \ SYSTEM32 \ CONFIG \ SYSTEM" as shown below

Simply put I interpret the error was due to many factors and things, such as the user to forcibly shut down his laptop or another computer to process, thus causing its corrupt happen on your Windows system file.

 Following its completion easy steps
  • Boot your computer with your Windows XP CD
  • Choose the Repair option = R when there is an option to repair your Windows
  • Next you will be asked to select the drive where you installed Windows, it usually is on drive C, then press the number # 1 to select the drive. If prompted for a password, please you enter your Administrator password.
Type the following commands one by one these
- Type cd \ windows \ system32 \ config
- Type copy \ windows \ repair \ system
If there is an option No, Yes, All choose All
- Typed copy \ windows \ repair \ software
If there is an option No, Yes, All choose All
Windows CD came out earlier, type exit and reboot your computer
