How To Install Drupal CMS on XAMPP with Windows

Before you install Drupal make sure you have installed XAMPP local server.
And you also have to have a Drupal CMS, of course, if you do not already have can be found on its website or directly at http://drupal.org
just following the steps - steps to install Drupal CMS in XAMPP on Windows PC / Laptop.

Step 1
Create a new folder in C :/ / xampp / htdocs with names such as drupal. Then Extract the folder in the Drupal CMS.

Step 2
Open your browser and typing http://localhost/phpmyadmin to create a new database, and then type the name of the database is up to you, here for example fashione_dru, and then click Create to create the database. More details see the picture

Step 3
Still on the Browser, open a new tab and typing http://localhost/drupal (name the new folder you created earlier).

Then it will appear like the picture beside.
Select Standard and then click Save and Continue.

 

Step 4
Appear like the picture just click Save and continue.

Step 5
Choose Mysql, then fill in the Database name = fashione_dru (database name created in step 2)
Username = root, password do not have to be filled (if you do not give a password on xampp)
Then click Save and continue.

Step 6
Then the installation process is being processed, wait until the end.  

Step 7
Name = name of your website, here for example fashione1. Then email = your email, username = admin, password = up to you. 

 

Then fill the country = "", timezone = '". Do not forget to tick the updates notifications.
Then click Save and continue.

step 8
When the following display appears, it means Drupal CMS has completed installed on your PC / Laptop you.
Visit your new site Click to view the website that you create.
